Student (13-23 years): 1200 lei (aprox 230 euro)

Adult (Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia): 1200 lei (aprox 230 euro)

Adult (Western countries and Romania): 1500 lei (aprox 290 euro)

Terms and Conditions

• Reservation payments are made online via the payment link provided on our website.
• After payment confirmation, you will receive an email validating your registration/participation at the event.
• Access to the event is granted only based on the confirmation received.
• Participants who have already registered may transfer their registration to another person at any time by requesting a change of name in the registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Participants have the right to cancel their registration but no later than 21 days before the scheduled event date. After this deadline, no refunds will be issued.
• In case of cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded in full, minus a 1% bank processing fee.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the purchase, within a maximum of 10 days from the cancellation request.
• If the event is canceled by the organizers, participants will automatically receive a refund of the full amount paid, minus the 1% bank fee.
